Monroe, La - drive distance 1 hour 20 min. -Take I-20 east toward Tallulah, La then take Hwy 65 south for 22 miles to Newellton , La, look for signs for Lake Bruin Grocery and follow until you get to the store. Make a right at the Grocery store and the villas will be on the right about 1/4 mile.

Jackson / Vicksburg, Ms - take I-20 west toward Tallulah, La then take hwy 65 south for 22 miles to Newellton, La, look for signs for Lake Bruin Grocery and follow until you get there. Make right at the Grocery store and the villas will be on the right about 1/4 mile

Baton Rouge, La/ Natchez, Ms- take Hwy 65 North to Ferriday, La, keep going 20 min. North, look for signs right passed the John Deere tractor place in St. Joseph, La and make a right on La 604 follow signs toward Lake Bruin Grocery, make right at Grocery store and the villas will be on the right about 1/4 mile.
